Ingredients
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 100g Vegetarian Wok Sauce
  • 15g ginger, thinly sliced
  • 50g button mushrooms
  • 50g mixed peppers, sliced
  • 30g spring onions, cut in 4cm length
  • 50g baby corn cut in halves
  • 50g onions, sliced
  • 50g pak choy, sliced
  • 50g broccoli florets
  • 50g carrots, sliced
  • 35g Chinese leaves, sliced
  • 2 chillies, sliced
method
  • Blanch the carrots for 3 minutes, the broccoli for 2-3 minutes and baby corn for 1 minute and then plunge in cold water. Keep to the side
  • Bring the wok to a medium to high heat, add the oil, garlic and ginger. Stir until you get a nice aroma
  • Add the mushrooms, peppers, scallions, baby corn, Chinese leaves, spring onions, pak choy, onions and chillies
  • Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Add the all purpose wok sauce and mix well for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Perfect served over Simply Better Organic Jasmine Rice
