Phad Prik Sod Nua

Ingredients
- 200g beef fillet, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
- 80g onion, sliced
- 50g spring onions, cut to 4 cm
- 80g mixed peppers, sliced
- 1 chilli, sliced
- 2 bird’s eye chillies, chopped
- 50g oyster and shitake mushrooms
- 10 leaves of sweet basil
- 100g Saba Simply Better Original Wok Sauce
method
- Bring the wok to a medium to high heat and add the oil, garlic and bird’s eye chilies and stir until there is a good aroma
- Add the beef fillet and stir for a minute before adding the onion, spring onions, peppers, button mushrooms and chilies
- Add the Wok Sauce and stir in well
- Stir for one minute to keep the vegetables crunchy
- Just before serving add the sweet basil
- Perfect served over Organic Jasmine Rice
- Tip: You can use any mushroom in season for this dish.
