Ingredients
  • 200g beef fillet, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
  • 80g onion, sliced
  • 50g spring onions, cut to 4 cm
  • 80g mixed peppers, sliced
  • 1 chilli, sliced
  • 2 bird’s eye chillies, chopped
  • 50g oyster and shitake mushrooms
  • 10 leaves of sweet basil
  • 100g Saba Simply Better Original Wok Sauce
method
  • Bring the wok to a medium to high heat and add the oil, garlic and bird’s eye chilies and stir until there is a good aroma
  • Add the beef fillet and stir for a minute before adding the onion, spring onions, peppers, button mushrooms and chilies
  • Add the Wok Sauce and stir in well
  • Stir for one minute to keep the vegetables crunchy
  • Just before serving add the sweet basil
  • Perfect served over Organic Jasmine Rice
  • Tip: You can use any mushroom in season for this dish.
